GALVANIZED STEEL ELECTRO-FORFORED GRATINGS

RISEL INDUSTRIES offers electro-forged gratings used in several industrial fields.

In the case of the electrically welded gratings, the transverse bars are transformed into twisted squares and are pressure-encrusted and simultaneously welded to the carrier bars by electro-forging. This technique is carried out at high pressure by electric welding resistance. The continuous welding of each point of intersection of the loadbearing bars and transverse bars ensures an extremely strong and robust structure.

The electro-forged grating panels are bordered with flat framing. They can be delivered as raw or hot-dip galvanized according to the NF EN ISO 1461 standard.

•  Mesh : distance between the carrier bar and the spacer.
•  Bearer bar :flat iron supporting the load.
•  Transvers Bar :provides the connection between the carrier bars.
• Notching :single or double, half-moon or discontinuous, on bearer or transvers bars.
